The Weight is Over is a virtual medically supervised meal replacement program combined with an intensive behavior and mindset modification component.
The Weight is Over Program has 3 phases which include:
•        Monthly virtual visits with a health care provider (HCP) to monitor weight loss, labs and medications
•        An individualized nutrition plan designed by a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN)
•        Weekly monitoring, personalized coaching, and accountability with a dietetic technician (DTR)
•        A weekly online and interactive master class on topics ranging from:
Food & nutrition education
The psychology of weight loss
How to tailor physical activity to you
Healthy lifestyle habits
The science of nutrition and metabolism

This app is essential to your success and should be used alongside the program.  It provides real time feedback to your healthcare team (HCP, RDN, DTR).  The data will assist in the individualization of your program throughout your weight loss journey.
The app provides easy to use tools that:
•        Track progress with a food/water intake log
•        Will sync to Apple watch/Fitbit to track fitness goals
•        Will sync to our remote weight and blood pressure monitoring
•        Allows for the download of pertinent laboratory data
•        Allows direct communication with your healthcare team
•        Allows access to our digital library which provides:
helpful weight loss tools
skill development techniques
and nutrition and lifestyle education
