Uncompatible with non-iPhone users
The Android app functions well enough, but it's severely lacking in parity with iOS. I know there are hardware differences that mean that some functionality cannot come to Android, but things like syncing workout data and utilizing android health data for readiness measurements would be greatly appreciated. I hate that so many companies straight up ignore an entire portion of their demographic in favor of only pursuing iOS.
What's the number? I'm tired of stats limiting the customer experience, for people that are equally anticipating an explosive customer experience. Your android users talk to iPhone users all the time about tempo. Embarrassed when I show them the app though. Always having to say I'm sure it's better on an iPhone. Can you please have the same care and want on our platform, our devices. Ty.
It's a little annoying that there is no Samsung galaxy watch syncing capabilities. It's 2024. This should be the standard and more inclusive to your entire market/community. FYI, there should be an option to add all workouts (LIVE) to my calendar via this app.

Tempo is circling the drain sadly. Bad hardware and software decisions lead to Android or web being completely left out. The studio kits use the kinect camera which MS has discontinued. There's no reason for this and the competition knows it. Peloton Guide is a simpler, cheaper, less space consuming product that does the basics of what this can do. Don't buy this. Love the trainers, many came from Barry's Boot camp in SF. Thank you for 3 years, 400 classes. Hope I run into you all again.
It's OK, but they clearly favor iPhone users. My wife has a much better experience on her iPhone. Why no Android love? I can't even see details about progress on the "Plan" I signed up for.
