this app is amazing! I do really recommend it! one problem though. most the exercises don't have easy mode and I really do need it because I am only quite young to pls add this! I love how this app has stretches for pain in lots of different places! but I have pain in my hamstrings. can you add stretches for hamstrings? other than that this app is awesome!

4 because of the ads, but I know for a fact this training thing is doing something. My back feels a lot better since yesterday, I won't be able to keep up, I know that, I'm not a super consistent person, but I'll try my best, and that's all that matters :')
