United StatesThe SMART Health Card Verifier app allows you to scan a SMART Health Card QR code to quickly verify an individual’s COVID-19 test or vaccination credential. Scanning a SMART Health Card QR code:
• Verifies whether the SMART Health Card is valid (i.e., not tampered with)
• Confirms the SMART Health Card was issued by a participant in The CommonTrust Network’s Registry of trusted issuers
• Displays key information on the SMART Health Card (issuer name, vaccine or test type, dates of vaccine doses or test, and name and date of birth of recipient)
Businesses like bars, restaurants, schools, and live event venues can use this free app to validate SMART Health Cards upon entry.
NOTE: The Verifier app only scans SMART Health Cards. It does not scan paper CDC cards.
What is a SMART Health Card?
A SMART Health Card is a digital or printed version of your vaccination history or test results, shared through QR Codes and issued by supported states, pharmacies, and providers.

This registry is powered by the CommonTrust Network. To be recognized as part of the CommonTrust Network, issuers must be confirmed as trusted entities and must issue verifiable credentials.

It's not working. Have installed and reinstalled three times. Attempting to scan from my P.C Screen the smat card QC..rejected as corrupted..
This app was fantastic right up through my 6th shot -- but now on Android it says the QR code is invalid now that I've had 7. All from Ontario, Canada - and the QR code from the 7 still scans as valid in to my Google Wallet. Your same app on iOS says that the QR code is valid and cool.
Nice game
Been a while now peop don't use covid pass much but I tried to get my new card into my wallets and the app doesn't share the card with the wallets as it says in the description. So the app is rather pointless.
Never seemed to reach critical mass...
Code is unsupported. Canadian qr code
Sort of works. It scans and says verified but it is only showing my last two boosters. I've been unable to everify my vaccines for travel even though they specify smarthealth. I suspect it has something to do with this. When I pull up my smart card record on my phone all four are there. It's a bit of a hassle to not just be able to everify.
