It states it steals Info, and the link I was sent is malicious, so I deleted the app.
Unusable at the moment. I created an account, set up my exercise therapy regimen, and every time I'm notified to start, the app asks me to login. However, not only will it not accept the password I created when I registered, it won't allow me to reset it when I click "forgot password." I get nothing but errors and it's impossible to login at all.
Best and easiest physical therapy online. My employer provided the service for us for a few years. Miss my workouts since our company switched providers. Just can't get motivated to do other programs. Will probably check into paying out of pocket because I do believe this is one of the best online programs. Great for people with a full schedule because it is very effective and the workouts are shorter than most. Truly helped me with my injury and helped strengthen areas I needed. Thank you!
Not so hot couldn't verify I worked for my employer evan after supplying them with my ID that I now regret doing. The app won't continue past this so there's no real way of even finding out if it's worth the trouble.

I use this app because I've had lower back problems recently, so I wanted to work on my core stability. Works fine, but it a bit buggy at times. Examples: video has problems buffering, app loses track of how many exercises you've done and repeats
