I have over a decade of lonterm physical and mental illness. Advice is negligently bad. I have to wonder whether the developers are innocently ingnorant, just incompetent or so void of knowledge that they border on stupidity. App also Emotionally Blackmails you into leaving positive feedback. Also is an energy sponge. The only way this pseudo Buddhist tosh might work is for someone who has had a bit of a bad day at work or a flustered vexation. Is an overblown Yoga video.
The app itself is the standard model for this kind of cheap health support, with simple exercises to work through. It works OK. Be careful about the programme itself, as it's very much a very simple vanilla CBT approach, which will be helpful for some people, mostly likely with fairly straightforward issues to address. Read up on CBT first to see if it's likely to help you. It's less likely to be suitable for anyone with more complex issues and the live support is very minimal.
Five stars
Fine for a day and now won't open. It keeps closing and saying it has a bug and to update when it has been fixed.
Easy to use and secure
Basically, it's a dairy with the odd follow-up call. It's meant to help with anxiety and depression but it was pointing out how often it was happening, which made me more anxious, which was making it worse.
It is useful if you want to help yourself just by using an app. It is useless when it comes to a face-to-face real meeting with a specialist.
