I'm new today , but loving it so far! The rep at Regence, Ashley, is looking for a doctor so I can be seen as soon as possible and she will call me back!
My issue can not be resolved using your automated phone system or anything online. Yet I can't get through to a human. I have been trying to access my account for four months. The support has been atrocious.
Great and Functional!
The app overall is reasonable, but my specific complaint is with the chat feature. The developers clearly never used it themselves. The keyboard covers the window you type in, so you cannot see what you're typing in the chat. I was left to voice recognition and its accompanying errors. The agent on the other end of the chat was very helpful. Someone needs to take a look at the chat functionality and hopefully fix it.
Mostly functional. Can't leave the app while in support chat or it will crash, but what do you expect from an app for your health insurance company. Lots of good info & resources without needing to call, like cost & coverage estimates
If it's not broke, don't fix it.
Here set up your account to access you information. Unfortunately I need the information in the account to set it up. Now I have to call.
