Scam, can't contact their customer service to cancel and refund my plan

Update: Canceled subscription and was only given half refund. Now a month later was charged for part of the "service". When I went to open the app it says subscription was canceled and only gives option to renew the subscription.... Downloaded app for workouts with home gym, but the only offers exercises with no equipment. Attempted to contact support(which stated would respond within 24 hours) and got no response. Dont waste your time or money.
