This app has been buggy on Amdroid since day 1. Suddenly, it's opening to workouts I completed two to four weeks ago, forcing me to scroll to get to the current date. Half the time, mod scroll, it sends me backwards in time again. Extremely frustrating. I love the content of the app, but the app itself is really poorly built. The developers need to spend more time using the app and seeing all of the functionality issues.
Can't even login to app. I've used before, about 2 years ago and it was good. I paid for a challenge already but can't even login to the app to do it
It won't even log me in. I can't get past the page where you enter your login info. I even tried changing my password.
The app has alot of bugs, and on a few occasions I have paid and not able to access the app to use my subscription (it asks to pay again as a new user). The support team is helpful eventually, but it still has sometimes taken days to resolve which is quite disruptive to a workout routine and frustrating.
Android version is terrible! I have to reinstall several times a wk for the app to actually work
Great workouts, terrible app! Erin deserves better!! The workouts are amazing and made for all different levels of intensities for every individual. The app is horrible! I've done testing with Plankk and issues have yet to be resolved. You'll email with an issue and receive a response they're working on it, but then never hear back for a follow up. The app constantly freezes and works maybe 50%. Trouble shooting is constantly an IT answer of remove the app and reinstall. Terrible!
