Apps that help time and pace pranayama are a great idea and while I do admit all rivers lead to the same ocean, for the first meditation program it's a little insulting to use a Sufi practice considering the whole unacknowledged genocide of Hindus during Muslim rule thing, so I'll use a different app instead that sticks to the actual Pranayama practiced by rishis and leave the Sufis to spin in their circles

Apparently you can edit each sound to listen to something else in its place. The background sound (a melody), the phase change sound, and a metronome for keeping time. The problem is the optional sounds wont play so I left having to stare at my phone instead of listening and breathing with my eyes closed. Annoying at bedtime. I've emailed three times with zero response. I won't renew.

I like the timer itself. As for the rest of the program, there is no way to actually edit a daily plan that I can find. Once you've put something in you can't change it. The design is bad, not much thought put into it. The timer itself is useful and I will use it but I see no reason to subscribe.
