It is your PCOS diary to keep track of your PCOS symptoms that may fluctuate every month around your periods, such as hair loss, acne, periods pain, extra hair growth and PCOS weight gain including daily diet, daily exercise and fitness. Phone sensors and wearables will keep track of your steps and sleep. You can monitor your motor function and cognition by performing ‘active tasks’ integrated into the app. You may also get data insights and new health information on women’s health focusing on PCOS health, in blogs & articles updated in the Insights/References section of this PCOS app.
DAILY - MONTHLY PCOS SYMPTOMS TRACKING
The daily log helps you note down your PCOD symptoms that you experienced throughout a particular day. The monthly log helps you note & track symptoms, specifically around your menstrual cycles.
PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME (PMS) TRACKING
Many of us experience physical discomfort or mood changes during the days before menstruation. When these symptoms happen month after month and affect normal life, they are known as PMS. You can track your premenstrual syndrome symptoms via the app.
DOWNLOAD YOUR DATA
You can download your data at will, if you need to see how you were doing all these days and months. For example, you can track what effects the new diet, or the new workout you started a few weeks back will have on your daily and monthly PCOS symptoms. Moreover, you can share the data with your health advisors, so as to have a clear communication, that may help plan your treatment and management of your condition better.
INSIGHTS VIA GRAPHS & CHARTS
The graphs and charts section of the app gives insights on how your PCOS buddies are doing, showing aggregate insights on responses filled in by PCOS Tracker users.
LEADERBOARD

It is a very common condition with 1 in 5 women living with it, although many are unaware they have it.
Good
Download to help me track and show my Dr. But I can't get the app to launch due to bug issues. Now, all the data is lost and I have no information for my Dr
Is this app still under development because I don't understand after filling my pcos history then what?
Just wants me to diet and exercise. I have elevated testosterone levels, I can't not work out like it wasn't me to, I also have no issues with losing weight so this app is very useless.
Disappointing and misleading. It's reasonable to assume the planning of a 'PCOS Tracker' included even basic research to see how unpredictable and debilitating PCOS is and actually provide even the basics of logging vital info (esp. recent history) for our own awareness. Let alone valuable info for Clinicians etc which may be what gets us the treatment/procedure that gives us our lives back. This is purely for market research. Do better
Good
Thought it was a good app till I tried to log my irregular period due to having PCOS but it would not let me manually log my periods after the 1st one. You can't claim to be an app for PCOS if you don't allow for personal input of a irregular period. A big disappointment
