Despite the reviews, I decided to give this app a chance. Let me just say that I consider myself rather lenient when it comes to technology as I get it's not perfect 100% of the time. Here is where I have an issue though. When I spend considerable amounts of my time trying to program workouts for my client, only to have the workout just disappear into thin air. That's a major design flaw. When I go to search for exercises in the library, and can't find a simple bench press or deadlift? Flawed.
The ability to program circuits and supersets raises the value of the app but it still has issues. Keep it up
Thought the Bad reviews might be exaggerated or poor user errors. Definitely not. The app in concept has a bunch of great things going for it, however it seems the team who developed this lost the Forest for the trees but overloading the system with so many variants of the same exercises that they forgot to include the most basic versions of each exercise. That and when designing workouts or programs those exercises don't show up all the time in the search.
App needs an update. Must have a bug or something. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Notification bar constantly flashes and the app takes forever to load or freezes or force closes on me.
I've been trying to use this app for months and trying to get help for weeks. I've been a trainer with NASM for 18 years and I'm embarrassed at how useless this app is. I manage multiple clients and all this app does is make my job tougher. You can't program circuits or supersets! It crashes constantly and I can't find exercises I know are in there and ones I created. The fact that no one has answered my email for weeks makes me think NASM ONE is not worth the cost. So disappointing, do better!
App needs to be fixed. I cant conduct business this way. Super buggy.
The app is flashing bright to dark, rapidly like a strobe causing me headaches. It does not load properly and I am unable to even use the practice questions on there without experiencing a seizure. This is the absolute worst app I have ever used. I tried submitting an email to NASM. They didn't respond. They have even encouraged use of this app despite knowing it does not work.
