Was decent until they cut all the free workouts and put everything behind a paywall. Device is constantly disconnecting. Sell the equipment or make up your own workouts. This company is trash
I've had the Maxpro and the app from the launch. The app constantly freezes, disconnects from the Maxpro, and fails to save my workouts. I have excellent Internet connection and have tried multiple devices, but still having the same problem. These problems have continued from the time I purchased the system. Why am I paying for an app that doesn't work? Hopefully there is fix in the near future, or I'll be moving on from the Maxpro all together.
Recently stopped recording my reps or resistance. All I get is a timer for my workout.

I'll update if my experience changes. - I've only had the actually device less than a week device appears to work -shipping took over 2 months instead of 2 weeks. And if you read the small print that's after my trial period is over. So glad they enticed me with an extra month optional returns... -still waiting on delivery of the wall track -QR code for app download didn't work and instructions referred to app as "maxpro coaching app" idk maybe have to be an iPhone user to exercise DON'T BUY
This is the 2nd time I have uplaoded this app. I have owned my Max Pro for well over a year and the app experience has never been good. All I get is a circle looking for updates...I really wanted to buy the 1 year subscription with the 3 mos free <$65/yr, but the app reviews are garbage and I have experienced issues even before getting to use it. I will delete the app again, and maybe by November 2024 they will get this seemingly basic requirement just to use it, resolved.
I paid for an annual subscription, but the app is so buggy that I cannot use the functions. Everytime I click to start a class video, it disconnects my device from Bluetooth and goes back to the homepage. I feel like I got scammed out of my subscription money without the ability to actually complete the workouts.
