Lotus Flow is free to download. You can unlock pro features with monthly or yearly subscriptions. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Not very zen to upcharge the basics
I don't have the money for an extra subscription at the moment but I was disappointed to see that there wasn't any free yoga videos for nonsubscribed members to at least try out. I was under the impression that there would be some for those without a subscription but that the paying members would be able to access all of the content of the app. The case is every video available has a lock because I haven't payed for a "membership plan."
I purchased a yearly subscription of this app when it was Lotus Yoga. I selected this app among others because I liked the simple instructions and calming voice and background music. I am not happy with the changed narrator voice instructions and music of the new update when it became Lotus Flow. I am not willing to use this app with these changes. I would not have payed for this version. Please let me know how to revert to previous version or enable the option to select the old narrator and music in app settings. Furthermore the update lost part of my progress.

Honestly was a bit sceptical but this app is great. The videos are so easy to follow with guided instructions and calming music. Most of the workouts are short enough to fit in a lunch break (with time to spare) and loads of different classes.
