The login screen has been buggy over the past couple of weeks. It just keeps reloading repeatedly without giving the chance to login. This happens periodically but this is the longest this has gone on.
Once you are able to login the app really had a lot of offer. However, not so people using the app have an employer ID, as in the included family that can use Limeade. Before I could log into my account via the computer using my username and password. However, the mobile app version does not offer the ability for one to login to their account using their username and password. Why? I once used Limeade on my phone but no longer can I do this. It's simply inconvenient.
Because of whatever is happening with the malware attack, my app stopped working in March with 0 guidance or idea when the program will be back. I'd like to have the final level of rewards back so I can earn the fitbit I'm supposed to have earned basically by now.
Idk what the developers are doing but.. first time signing in, creating an account and it gets to the screen where I can choose my user name and it constantly is refreshing making it unable to use. So I create an account through my laptop. No problems. Go to sign in on mobile and asks "signing in for the the first time?" leads you captcha, then clicked "sign in" below captcha then it brings me back to the sign in page. Never ending cycle
If only a zero was an option. The app is unusable on an android device S22 ultra. It keeps refreshing the log in screen so you can't ever sign in! What a stupid waste of time.
I just got the app and I am unable to create an account because the login screen constantly refreshes. Apparently other reviewers have been having this problem as well... Since 2018. That's 5 years ago. And they still haven't fixed it. What a joke!
Used to work good and now it won't let me login at all. Tried resetting everything and it still won't work.
