Gym workout planner and tracker for weight lifting.
Track your workouts and log your sets, reps, and weights. LiftBoss guides you through the workout and lets you see the entire routine at a glance as well as previous lifts and records for reference.

150+ workout plans and training exercises are included or you can even create and build your own custom workouts for the home or for the gym!

The built-in workout tracker has a count down timer for rest periods and allows you to record workout notes as you go.

Exercises are grouped by muscle so that you can see which muscles you're working out (i.e. back, chest, legs, biceps, abs)

View all those fun stats such as the max lift, total volume, 1RM, and much more. The app works completely offline so you can even track your workouts without an internet connection!
