Lift Society

LIFT Society is a boutique lifting gym for strength and aesthetics. We offer small, semi-private lifting classes as well as private training, so your form will never go unnoticed. At LIFT Society, we utilize progressive overload and evidence-based training to maximize your aesthetic potential. You will use barbells and dumbbells to create a lean, strong, and toned physique. At LIFT Society we value personal space, cleanliness, and never waiting around for equipment. Every client has their own squat rack, barbell, and weights to use during their training session. Equipment is never shared, and is always sanitized.
