Suck will not stay connected for calls and you cannot get help
Keep disconnecting and difficult to reconnect. I did all the reset/restart both my phone and app and still having the se issues. Why do I need to keep trying to connect my pjone and the watch every day. So frustrating.
I like my iTouch Active fitness tracker. I'm going to purchase bands so I can change up on the band 😄 from time to time.
Sometimes it logs my sleep & blood pressure to the phone, but mostly not. I have Uninstalled the app & bluetooth, reset my watch & restarted the phone. Doesn't work. I would like to see these features transfer from my watch to the phone.
It could not connect to my watch most of the times.
Very hard to navigate. Does not show the watch I brought.
I've had this one day. It was difficult to connect to app. It would say connected but didn't register anything on the watch: weather, heart rate, etc. Finally started showing steps. Took forever to charge. Slept with watch on and it did not track my sleep. Battery is in optimized setting and not battery saving mode. Wore it all day today. Got a couple of notifications but my phone was loaded with missed messages. Vibration is not very strong on watch. My heart rate doesn't sync to app.
