Requirements:
To use this app, you need the in.touch 2 modules from Gecko Alliance. There is no compatibility with the in.touch first generation.
Not as bad as I was expecting given the reviews. Does have the occasional connection issue.... Probably works about 80% of the time. Connection issues are usually away from home. Feature request: The ability to set the temperature at specific time periods would be really great.
Does not connect and vertical sporadic. Nobody answers when you call support and chat bot is unavailable
Getting better with the recent update. Please allow the ability to connect with the Hot Tub remotely via a phone carrier network connection. 4G, 5G etc.
Really convenient when it connects... Once every 20 or so times I try to connect using the app to adjust the temperature it will connect. Don't understand why it isn't fixed by the owners, seems like it would be a priority but it obviously is not.
Works about 20% of the time. The way this system is promoted is defiantly not how it works. Very basic controls and doesn't allow for dedicated times for heating or lighting control. Very poor performance and when coupled with an extremely expensive investment in the spa and construction costs. This system is definitely the weak link. I'd suggest listening to all the reviews and aim for an improvement.
Suddenly started disconnecting intermittently a couple of months ago. Never had much trouble before, but it's not ideal in cold weather.
The apps good, would be good to be able to add temperatures to the time slots, that way you can heat up hotter on cheap over night rates and be cooler during the day.
Adds radio frequency signal display in the Spa settings, in.touch network menu. This display informs users of the signal strength between their home router module and the spa. It also allows users to change the radio frequency channel in case they encounter interferences on the default one.
