HOW IT WORKS?
You choose from the range of workouts and programs built by expert fitness trainers available on the app. The app uses the phone camera and our AI algorithms to correct your exercise form, count your reps, and guide you to ensure that the users can efficiently and safely reach their fitness goals.
1. Select your daily recommended workout or browse through our extensive workout library or fitness programs for your desired workout
2. Select a workout and put the phone tilted against something (a wall, bottle etc.) to calibrate it automatically
3. Watch the exercise demo during the break, follow the instructions, and begin your exercise after the intro/breaks.
4. Your AI-personal training assistant will take care of you and give you real-time guidance on technique improvement, calories burnt, and rep count.

Doesn't work. I had to try a couple workouts before it would let me exercise instead of crashing. When I got to the exercises, the rep counter just goes automatically, it's not counting my actual reps and it's not providing any feedback.
I read reviews for this and though this is exactly what I wanted but the app can't even start a work out with out crashing. The menu bar at the bottom of the screen is inaccessible because the android navigation bar is permanently on top of it. I guess this might be just my phone but it was deeply disappointing. Edit: it seems the team is very responsive and have fixed the crashing issue.

In 2021 it is not acceptable to register via email rather than using Google. Also no customization based on equipment owned (ie pull up bar, trx etc).

This update brings a major overhaul of our system. For you, this means a more efficient system for tracking your workout metrics like rep count and feedback, while significantly reducing our app size and delivering better performance in a much small package.
