I don't know what's going on. The app has updated but I keep getting error 500 message each time I want to do something useful. I can't check messages, I can't create appointments, etc. It was fine a few months ago.
never works
The app's value significantly diminished after the removal of the messaging system, leaving us with no means to communicate with caregivers.
Just irritating. If you're looking for services you have to scroll thru different specialties and stuff. Just use a search bar, who made this? I hope whoever does has the pleasure of using this app to find treatment for their closed brain injury. Is that a neurologist, internal medicine, general practitioner? Don't choose wrong or you'll waste thousands of dollars
Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. It keeps buffering.
Works ok when it works, but I've have repeated issues with login and most recently scheduling an e-vist failed since I couldn't upload the form needed. The app didn't recognize that the phone already gave the app camera (and all other) permissions, or the error message stating that it needed camera permissions wasn't specific enough. After 20 minutes of fiddling with it I gave up and went to the desktop instead.
It's alright.
Minor bug fix.
