The service is very nice. The app is a little janky, but works.
I have used this app twice to help me answer questions about ordering a breat pump and the proper steps. They have gone above and beyond to help me.

Would love to rate or even review the app. We're supposed to use this for "all our medical needs", it won't even load. A single spinning circle on the front page that never goes away. The app, at this point in time, is useless to me. How do I submit my medical expenses?
Takes FOREVER to load and that is no matter where I'm at. So frustrating.
I can open the app but that's about it. Not only that, this is my account, but as soon as I added my husband as my beneficiary, everything switched over to his name. Once they did that, I can't do anything in the app.
