This app has been an absolute game-changer for me as a caregiver. The real-time glucose monitoring and alerts provide such peace of mind, allowing me to closely monitor my loved one's glucose levels remotely. The device and app do not work properly. Manufacturer only keeps sending the same instructions to try refuses to take the device back or issue a refund or replacement. Avoid this product!
