Once you log in to the app for the first time, you can set up fingerprint access on eligible Android devices. Then, the next time you log in to the app, you’ll only need your fingerprint to sign in.

We use the latest security technology and industry best practices to secure your information. Your account is yours—it can only be accessed through your MyBlue® login information. We recommend keeping your app up to date to ensure that it has the latest security features. You should keep your phone operating system up to date as well.

It's so easy to keep track of all my records using this app.
Had some problems
I cannot log in. I am using the same credentials that successfully work on my desktop, but it will not allow me to log in on the app on my phone.
It almost never works! I have started having to go to the website online to use my insurance and everything is not accessible that way. I've called BC/BS and they say, Yeah we are having trouble with the app just use the web.
I have not been able to login to this app since early March. First, fingerprint login quit working. Username & password are not accepted by the app even though they work on the web portal. I called for support, but they were unable to help. Have tried uninstall & reinstall with no luck. Quite frustrating!
Update: App is now completely useless. Keeps telling me login is wrong, but on web it's fine! App is waaaaay better on iphone!! Just made the switch back to android and I love my phone, but sad to say the apps are lacking compared to Apple. I never had any problems with this app until now. I just installed it and its constantly telling me error when I try to log in. When I do get in, like others have noted, the claims section always says error. Can clearly see who the winner is now....Apple 😒
Didn't recognize my password & now it doesn't recognize my username which I've had for years.
