Easy to use
Exactly what i needes. A simple and effective app
Simple and doesn't need registration. Totally worth buying it.
I like the app cause it does the main thing of keeping track of fasting. It would be nice to add sound when countdown is done for the day.
Useful, with one minor note: It's not completely able to handle multi-day fasts. Example: if I start a 72-hour fast on Tue and end it on Fri, the week display really shouldn't mark Wed & Thu as "No Fast". Other than that, it's my go-to fasting tracker.
I've done every weight / watching, slimming / dieting option you could think of, but never have I lost so much weight, consistently, as I have done with intermittent fasting.... this app tells me daily just hang on there only 45 minutes to go, 30, 20..... so easy, so clear .... and free!!!
Lack 2 features for it to be a good fasting app. 1st is it should tell me which stage of fasting I'm likely in based on numbers of hours passed (e.g. fat burning, ketosis.etc). as well as how long left to reach the next stage of fasting. this will help motivate me to fast longer (u can look at how Zero does it). 2nd is it will be great if it can sync weight data from Google fit, samsung health, Google health connect
