Subscriptions are offered for quarterly and annual terms, during which time the user will have access to all video content in the app. Once purchase is confirmed, payment will be charged to the iTunes Account currently logged in on the device used to purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the then-current subscription period. The iTunes Account will be charged said renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and the rate charged will be as stated for quarterly and annual subscriptions. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
This app is ok. It does offer useful information, but I'm not the biggest fan of the workouts themselves. Prior to my pregnancy I worked out on a regular basis, nothing crazy but kept myself fit through pilates & cardio. These workouts require too much equipment for my preference. I would not purchase again. The only reason I haven't cancelled & still use it occasionally is because there's no refund.
I was hesitant at first because of cost all that but honestly it of all the work out apps I've ever had this one is my favorite!
This app helped me rebuild strength postpartum and now that I am one year out, I am still using it every day! I love the plans because they take a bit off of my mental load and I have seen so much progress! Can't recommend it enough ❤️
Just finished my first 2 weeks - I love that it's self paced, yet motivating. They explain a lot in terms of anatomy and how to properly exercise. Looking forward to the next steps!
Great information for a first timer. I want to regain strength I lost early in my 1st trimester when I was in total zombie mode, nauseated, losing weight. The information is presented in a kind, welcoming way. The ab exercises taught early on are very useful in daily applications like squatting to pick up objects, getting out of recliners safely, even helping with toilet duties.
love it so far. some workouts the mic is muffled. still learning how to use the Village. I did ask a question but dont think I have seen a response yet.
I didn't realize I was being charged for this and am extremely upset because I'm not working an cannot afford $60 every 3 months. I cancelled my subscription but will never get back the money I lost. I used this a few times during a free trial but haven't used it since the beginning of my pregnancy. I have been paying for something I haven't used once and I haven't received any emails or communication to alert me that I had a subscription.
