United StatesErgZone is an app made for athletes using Concept2 equipments for indoor rowing, indoor skiing and indoor cycling.
Why ErgZone?
We have created this app so athletes can focus on their workout instead of spending time manually configuring the PM5 monitor, making calculations for heart rate and interval pace, scrolling through the PM5 monitor memory to take photos and manually input the information at Concept2 LogBook.

- Based on benchmark times, we estimate the duration of each workout
- No more setting up intervals manually on the PM5 monitor: when connected, just press “connect to PM5” and the app will do it for you. Then, all you have to do is start moving.
- Easy comparison between intervals by displaying a list of intervals with live stats: time, meters, pace, spm/rpm, calories, watts, SPI, heart rate percentage and zone.
- Calculation of suggested pace per interval: based on benchmarks (1k, 2k, 5k for Rower and SkiErg, 2k, 4k, 10k for BikeEg), each interval will display the suggested pace (when provided on the workout details)
- Live signals when split time or rpm/spm or pace are under or above suggested.
- Automatically uploads the results to Concept2 LogBook.

The free version has been working fine, the minute I choose to pay for the pro version it decides it doesn't want to work anymore
Absolutely amazing. A must for c2 owners.
I have an android, been using the app for around 5months now and it's worked great. Went on today, connected fine but after around 30 seconds my phone screen goes dark and eventually locks, it never used to do this whilst connected and in a row. Tried turning my auto lock off to see if it makes a difference but had no success. I haven't changed anything on my phone settings that i know of that could cause this. Any advice? Thanks
Workout is often dropped. App says "Waiting for idle PM5" and this particular workout never gets uploaded. Never happens on iOS (wife uses iOS app with same rower)

The first and only app I've ever paid for. It improves the functionality of my PM5, tracks workouts, keeps favourites, allows for rapid loading of workouts, measures all sorts of metrics, is easy to use, looks nice, and is cross-compatible across platforms (loaded on Samsung phone and my Ipad). Has a free and paid version, the free version is really good but do yourself a favour and pay for it, totally worth the investment.
