App has made great improvements in past few months... still nowhere near worth the cost, but I have hope. I'm not sure what the "ai" actually does... I would like to see a detailed breakdown of when it makes temp adjustments. The pod thinks I'm asleep pretty much anytime I lay down. Alarm function crashes the app 7/10 times that I use it. I should be able to add tags for my upcoming night. Make the "invited away" option easier to access... shouldn't the topper know anyway?
App consistently has issues where it randomly freezes when attempting to change alarm/temperature settings. At first I thought it would fixed quickly, but it's been a few months now.
The app is a buggy mess. Crashes all the time. Don't even try to mess with the alarm it freezes the app. Product itself is amazing the app is just embarrassing. Update: As stated by the Eight Sleep, they have done some updates and I have no issues using the app currently. All items seem to be functioning as intended without crashing.
This is the worst app I've ever used. It constantly freezes and I need to restart it just to be able to change my alarm time. It's so full of bugs I'm just in disbelief that this is the app for a product that people pay thousands of dollars for.
The app is always freezing up. Every time I go to change my alarm, it won't let me select a different time. I'll click on it, then it will freeze and I can't select anything. I'll have to close the app and restart, sometimes that works.
