This is a important serious app
Hi friends I love your app pretty much .. but there is one problem..actually a huge one...when you calculate the energy coming from carbs you count fibers as a source of energy when it is not .If a certain food has 10 gram fiber and 5 grams of starch , it may have 15 grams of carbs but only the 5 grams are the source of energy therby the overall energy out of this food is 5 ×4 =20 Cal ..Not 15×4=60 .. I hope you fix this as I am really into this app and I don't want to stop using it .. Thanks

With the primium wasn't there tbh I just want to see presentages... But whatever app is good in other areas and includes custom foods and a LOT of nutrients. But the primium kinda sucks.

amazing. Helps you have a balanced meal and, in the process, get healthy - while sheddind quietly but surely some weight. Most importantly, youlearn what are your pitfalls when eating. I lost 5 pounds in one month and even had a few icecreams! Tip: eat only 100 cal less than you should for your age, gênder and weight and height; 2. walk, swim, go up the stairs - nothing radical, but be more active than you normally are. 5 stars.
