Natalie and Cristian realized that although it is important to train hard, if we are not taking the time to recover appropriately we will not continue to grow and adapt.

The methods within this app are structured to maximize how you feel inside and outside the gym. Each movement comes with an instructional video by Cristian and Natalie breaking down the intricacies of each movement and how to get the most out of your workouts!
