Got this app after I booked my first appointment with these guys this morning. I really like all the information available, the way it's worded(it's almost like how I talk), the layout, and especially the guided journaling. I'm really bad at journaling because I get too much into my own head(thanks adhd) and all my thoughts get cluttered. But the promts really help me slow down and think! Needless to say I'm looking forward to my first appointment!

Enjoying the app so far but why can't NATURE be one of the options for adding joy to my day?! The journaling is well prompted and very manageable. I find myself using the app less when I'm grabbed by other apps that game-ify self-help. But I return to this one for its quality journaling and check ins... other than the lack of inputting my own emotions or things that make my day better. That should be in the next update! Edit: Thank you for adding Nature! I hope the app grows and does well, you've got a great foundation! ... Plants and water would also be great tags... ;)
