This is the worst app ever could not look up any information at all. Thoroughly disappointed
Can't recommend an app that a person can't even log in to
Unable to submit a claim and ended up having to use website instead even though Davis Vision repeatedly recommends using app. Every time I attempted to submit a claim on the app, it came up with "ERROR: Service Type Required." I do not recommend using the app since it wastes a lot of time.
I managed to Log in, but the app is really mediocre.

Password is visible in plain sight when logging in.
The app is mediocre at best. I could not enter my dob....no option. You have to scroll through 56 years of months to make that entry. Then the authorization form that is downloaded does not include the proper information. So I will miss my 2023 benefits due to the irresponsible actions of the merger of companies. Disgusting.
