They trick you into paying more and not easy to cancel.
Shocking
TRASH! If you are going to auto renew something shouldn't there be a date it renews or get an email or something stating it is going to renew? Instead I spend 2 days with them saying they can't find my account after my card was charged $67. Then they magically find the account but will not refund because it's Non-refundable per their fine print. So basically scammed. It should have something on the App to let you know when your auto renewal date is so you have a choice to cancel! 😠
Cancel subscription
Misleading info on how to cancel. I thought it would be under android and so I looked there and no subscriptions, thought it was cool. Nope.. apparently it was a web subscription so in my pay pal and I hadn't cancelled it. Tried to contact to get refund. No response. Also dance lessons sauce they were for everyone. It was really fast and not fun. What a waste of money 💰
This app is a big scam. I paid for 3 months subscription there were no place said that this subscription will automatically renew. there is no place at your profile tells you what is your subscription when it will end, if it will renew or not and the disaster you need to contact support to cancel the automatically renewal subscription that you don't know about. Besides it is a bad app very boring and not engaging at all. very expensive and not worth it.
