I paid for this app for one month and cancelled my subscription but they still took the money from my bank account a month later and every month without fail they try and take £47 out of my account and then if that fails they will try take £12 immediately after even tho I don't have a subscription with them at all and havnt done for months. Its not even showing that I'm subscribed on the app store, avoid dont be scammed out of £50
No option to cancel subscription, app instructions on cancelation are deceiving, continue charging money after cancelation
Impossible to unsubscribe. Trying unsubscribe with my email address used to create account and nothing is working. App is not for me and I have zero interest in continuing to pay for it.
I did not use the app. I have only installed it. I have paid for 2 months and I cant cancell subscription. I am still waiting for support. Very bad experience.
I thought that we could learn to dance to some music, but we only learn steps without any song in the background, which is a bit boring.
Do not get this app. I thought that my subscription was canceled after I didn't see it in my play store subscriptions and then saw a $40 charge in my banking app and realized it hadn't been canceled like I thought. Then I reached out to try and get a refund and they would not refund the money.
Absolutely love this app,the routines can be a bit difficult without learning the steps first,they do show you but it takes a few trys first. But I really enjoy it.
