Great app overall

Programming is great - love the two tracks and many modules. Hate the app. It restarts any time you idle for more than a few minutes. So you have to then reopen to whatever module in whatever day you were working on- 5-7 clicks and some process wait time later. Aggregated across 5-6 times per workout, every day, for a year- this is like a day's worth of hours you've lost to this buggy app. I'm actually leaving comptrain because of this- heading to Mayhem, because sugar wod doesn't do this.

Love the app and programming but be aware this app consistently crashes. Have tried for several months to work with comptrain to get it fixed. It will work fine for a bit and then it goes downhill. Today, I open it up try to look at today's workout and boom, it shuts down this after it was updated. 😐 the two stars is for the programming, I workout at home in my garage so when I can use it I get a good overall program. Now I can't even look at the workout before it completely shuts down.

Great workouts but claims you can use without paying which is not true. I used to get the daily emails with the work outs which was great. So got the app. can see the work outs but not what your actually supposed to do without paying to subscribe. Therefore may be free to see the workout but doesn't give you reps or time. Is a shame guess I'm going else where.
