I get the missed class notice too many times. After confirming with the gym, customer service still asking me for proof. After two weeks is this still not solved.. so I am thinking about unsubscribing. Nothing wrong with the concept when you don't get registered as absent.

I'm not able to cancel my subscription. It keeps saying error in connection. But I'm able to add credits instead. I had to uninstall the app. Hopefully I don't get charged for nothing.
So am I just supposed to have a bricked phone while I try and open this app? It doesn't work. Just bricks my system. Edit: If attempting to launch the app freezes my whole phone then how am I supposed to open the app and file a ticket?
I registered using Singapore mobile no. ,spore address and s'pore credit card. My first trial lesson also in singapore. The app charge me USD and when i check with customer service, the inform me i registered New York plan. They cant refund me the over charge nor provide any alternatives. That is ridiculous, i did not visit New York for the past 10 years. About a month and i'm still waiting for their reply. But to be frank, the app is great as it allow options for different service provider.
The 'cancel membership' page is unresponsive. Makes it convenient for the app to stop you from fully canceling
Class pass had been awesome. I have used it for about the last year and a half and have gotten to visit awesome studios and the price works out to be perfect for the diversity of classes that I go to. It's great if you want to cross train. Although I don't use it for this, you can also use credits for other services. The app makes it easy to search and schedule classes or services. Highly recommend!
