We tested this app before using with a team to support a sick friend. Worked great in our small group test. Now when anyone goes to download the app, they get an internal error message. Also, no one ever gets texts or emails with invites from the app itself. Im so frustrated. This app looked like everything we needed, and now - when we need to use it - it doesn't work for anyone. I'd love to know if a new bug is happening or if this error will be fixed. We would love to use it now. No response.
Love the app but wish it had a place to store all the Doctors, types of doctors, and location details. As well as a place to store medications, dosage, and frequency so the team has access to all the information.
A lifesaver for my family, helped to organize my parents care.
I can only schedule an appointment if it os less than 5 months and 27 days out. I couldn't schedule a 6 mo f/u. And, why does an appt have to last a whole day? Very confusing. Would be great if it could sync w my google calendar, and be able to set when to send a reminder.
Very nice interface and great idea, but doesn't go far enough for families juggling private caregivers with senior family members with dementia at home. If you're interested in feedback, please feel free to reach out.
Worth downloading/working with, but I'd change a few things: Rather than hitting EDIT to change a task, I keep wanting to touch the field I want to edit. Tasks complete automatically - not good! Also, I'd like there to be a default caregiver so I don't have to volunteer for each new task (recurring tasks you can volunteer for all tasks going forward). Finally, I need to be able to personalize the appointment buttons so they can have the doctor's name and not just their specialty.
Kicks you out constantly, can't log back in once kicked out. Have to make a whole new account. Irritating.
