• Download or send an electronic version of your membership card for you or a family member*

I don't have the ID card and can't get the numbers on the card to log in
It used to be good. Now I can't log on. Have cleared cache, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled. But every time I log on and press continue, the logon info goes blank and I have to fill in the logon data again, press continue, and the login fields go blank. When I go to help in the app and press "what if I cannot log in" nothing happens. I have important things to do snd I can't.

It needs a very, very strong conn, which is not available all the time in some countries
The app updated and all of a sudden it says not compatible with my phone. Uninstalled it and wants a number I don't have. I've been a member since 2016. Awful
