You guys really need to update this app so that you can filter orders to ignore stuff. That's really not necessary to see in the app, such as canceled orders that have already been in there. That kind of thing put a filter on there.
I haven't had a chance to use the app extensively.
All these items are way over priced .I see all these items for 1.25 at dollar tree .you sell them for 6 times the price .it's crazy .why can't we go back to benefits where we can choose like Walgreens.
Why do you delete Rx's I have in archive ? Why do you remove my Doctors name on closed orders or in archive ? ( sometimes I have same Rx written by PCP and a Specialist) WHY CAN'T I EASILY FIND WHERE THE "PRICE A DRUG APP" IS ?

OMG, if you want to be frustrated as heck, then use this app. Then try talking to a rep. Get hung up on while 'put on hold' with no callback. Go through your issue, only to be transferred to an 'expert', and have to go through the whole explanation process again and receive completely different info than you got at first. Save my billing info only to be notified that it needs to be updated before the refill can be processed. It's ridiculous! 8 days to process a refill and still not shipped
