I would not recommend relying on the reminders.I had one set for 10am and didn't get the notification until 11:09pm.

So far the communication is lacking at best. It takes days to get a response, and when I answer, no response again for days. Going to give them an opportunity to be more responsive for a while. Don't know about the other features, because I haven't been able to add any of my health concerns.

Some sort of bug where I haven't been able to open the app for 3 days now. It says I have to wait til the developers make an update to fix.
