The guide:
Dawn Mauricio has been practicing and studying Insight Meditation since 2005. She regularly sits silent residential retreats in Canada, the US, Thailand, and Burma. Dawn is a meditation teacher for True North Insight, Inward Bound Mindfulness Education and Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She teaches classes, workshops, day longs and retreats in both Canada and the US.

The meditative journey consists of 13 meditations, guided and non-guided.
The meditative journey on the Amazon River is free.
The first meditation of the other journeys are available for free. To continue on, the remaining six guided meditations and 6 soundscapes are available for $8.49 CAD
Once you have purchased the journey, you can listen to the meditations as often as you like (and they are slightly different at your second visit) even after you have completed the entire journey.
You choose how long you would like to meditate (6, 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40 minutes). Do not worry, though - if you choose a shorter duration, you will not lose any meditation instruction from the guide. It is simply the amount of silence that shortens.
Each meditation is summarized with watercolor illustrations in your travel notebook.
You can express your feelings, thoughts, and emotions in your own artistic or creative way after each meditation.
You can set the level of music, ambiances and voice at your preference with an audio mixer.
The application also contains a timer section that allows you to meditate without being guided, choosing a soundscape and a musical instrument:
You can choose to meditate 10, 15, 20, 30,40 and 60 minutes.
In this version, you choose instruments and soundscapes of the Himalayas. Other choices will be available soon.
Content management:
In order to lighten the weight of the application on your phone / tablet, you can manage the meditations you want to keep, delete and re-download.
Great until... I had to replace the phone with provider. Now the app does not see my subscriptions. If your goal is to calm people's mind down then such a setting does not help it at all. Dissapointed.
Wow, great app and so unique. It really feels like you're going on an adventure. It's the only meditation app I've found that truly keeps my attention. It has huge variety, meditations for any situation, from beginner to advanced. It's kinda pricey but I'm glad I have it. I've learned a lot about meditation *and* myself. Only nitpicks: there's a typo on Hawaii on the menu screen. Also it's kind of annoying having to reset the whole app instead of individual sections.

On the Quebec passage, in the Timberwolf unguided meditation and in the lune unguided meditation, the audio cuts out very suddenly. I followed their instructions to fix it, which did nothing, and then I deleted and reinstalled the app, which also did nothing. I don't believe these meditations were uploaded properly by the creators, and they need to do better if they expect us to pay money for access.
I was really enjoying the meditations, but then on the Quebec level, in both the wolf unguided meditation, and the loon unguided meditation, the audio cuts out suddenly and unexpectedly. 😮💨
High quality, worth every penny, I never make in app purchases, I hope they'll carry on adding to this app, it's become a daily ritual and I am so grateful for the amount of thought and work that has gone into this masterpiece. 🙏
I really liked this; it did all the things it said it would, but i thought it was a bit pricey. I'm on a pension - just couldn't afford it. Reluctantly, I had to uninstall. 😔
