Trying to get started. Won't even allow me.to input info to get started.. stays frozen ...at a stand still. Disappointing.
It's super hard to get in contact with the messaging team and get anything fixed. Trying to get authorization so I can even get a certain medication it taking such a long time because I get no response.
No bueno
Doesn't work well on android phone. My appts were rescheduled by Calibrate to different time. I tried rescheduling but have to go day by day and scroll through times to find none that work. Tried to delete an appt but get stuck on a screen with no visible button and can't scroll down, up, resize, or even use the back button on phone to get past it. Don't bother with program unless you get on meds. I gained 40 lbs after insurance quit paying for meds despite following calibrate's program.
Takes forever to hear back on concerns or requests.
The program is great, but this app is horrible.
I'm so frustrated! I'm trying to enroll in the program and the only way I can do this is via the app. The app is useless! I can't even upload photos or files to enroll. How is this possible??!!! I want to give this negative 500 stars just for the aggravation! I just want to enroll!
