A generally good app, but the emotion words tend to be more towards negative feelings, e.g. tired but not equivalent, like energetic (only 7 out of 25 are positive). Add more positive emotions, and it would be a very good app.
Very useful tool. As a suggestion to improve it even more, it would be GREAT to be able to record mixed episodes. That is, being able to select 2 numbers for your mood. E.g I could be 3 - Mild depression, but also 7 - Mild hypomania in one day. I know I can write notes in the box for the day but being able to see it on the chart would be great.
respect your privacy more than most of these apps. good options for exporting data. however the UI is a bit dated and notifications doesn't work...
Notification not working and keeps logging out of Fitbit
An amazing app, so helpful yet simple!! It has made such a difference in my healthcare treatment. The only reason this review isn't 5* is because you can't delete old medications from the list (despite there being an option to do so), or reorder your medication list. Otherwise, I can't fault this app!! Helpful descriptions and key words to describe how you feel, and graphs that visualise your emotions as well as indicators on the variability of your mood and sleep length - definitely recommend!
