Can't lie. The workouts can be a challenge. You can scale them up or down. Showed me a lot of my own weak spots, and I look forward to the results.
Really good progressions on available and everything is described well enough. It would be great to have rest period timers and maybe easier access to "additional resources" because they're referenced often. Overall great workouts.
