This short multiple choice questionnaire known as the Autism Quotient or AQ Test was developed by Simon Baron-Cohen and his colleagues from the Cambridge Autism Research Centre.
Its goal was to provide a simple screening mechanism that could be used by doctors/general practitioners as a basis for referring patients for a more formal Autism evaluation.
I found the information really interesting and educational. It should be easy for autistic individuals to navigate. The app is really easy to use and the images were perfect.
dont trust autism tests like these, they are inaccurate and use information from untrustworthy and unreliable sources
It is frustrating and not created by an autistic person. I can get as far as question 12 before it makes me restart. The questions are typical textbook questions, which also happen to be typical for not only autism but adhd and add symptoms aswell.
I give it a two because after the test I felt more confused!! There was not enough information for many of the questions to really give a proper response, should have a comment box for each question or maybe a check box that reads " not enough information to answer" ...
This is the best online app so far I've found. It does come across as though it was designed by someone who isn't autistic and has only studied autism from textbooks, but it's a lot better than most of the autism tests out there. The phrasing is good and not patronising.
Idk what it means I got a score of 20
It's totally inaccurate and goes off of stereotypes
A big update (English only for now) with multiple quizzes. Autism related news feature added along with a new FAQ section.
