So I am awaiting results from kidney test. You guys sent me this app. It dosent work. People waiting on these results do not need additional anxiety.
The app keeps crashing. I can't access my data. Please fix the issue
It used to work. Now I can't get my results. I really like CareDX as a company usually but this app isn't working and tech support isn't helping. It looks like this is happening a lot.
The app crashes on install much of the time. It also is unstable when you use it. I get notifications when my lab results are ready, but they are never in the app. Worthless. I will delete it and just look at my doctor's portal that gets the results one day later. Lot of money for a lab test to not have a way to get the results.
