Useless got all 3 dx wrong
This application took money twice from my account. The transfer was confirmed by the bank, but the app said that the transfer was declined. As such both times I was left without an answer. This is a terrible scam and I am reporting the app to Google
Not accurate but true result
Love this app
completely wrong result and extremely bad UI/UX design... I wanted to figure out if the bruise with a red dot is the result of an injury or maybe a sting or something but the app told me I should go to the doctor because there is a high cancer chance. Thats just completely wrong in this case. And the app is almost unusable, to many useless menus and items that that cluttering the UX and its not easy to find what you need. Its also not clear how expensive the app is and what you will get.
It took my money, but didn't reveal the result. Twice. Payment denied, it said, but the money left the card. Before that I paid for 5 results, but only got 4. It tries to scare you into paying more. Everything is a precancerous lesion for it. Including seborrheic keratosis and melanocytic nevi.
They charged my card twice and never delivered the results. I requested a refund from the Google Play Store but they declined the refund request. There seems to be no easy to find contact where to request the refund (or the result to the analysis) directly from the app developer. I gave up. They can keep my money, its more of a hassle to try to get a refund.
