-Once you buy your plan you will get each week broken down with beautiful design where you can start your journey and start completing workouts
-Each workout has a timer, list of exercises complete with how many sets, reps, time and notes from the influencer or athlete. There are videos for each exercise to make sure you perform the right technique
-We track all your data in real time and show your progress to you and you can make notes in every workout

Overall not great. I love the workout I have in this app but unfortunately the app is buggy and laggy. You can't access any of the features offline, a real problem as my network is dodgy at the gym. You have to clock buttons multiple times for the app to respond. Clearing or resetting a guide doesn't clear everything. Overall a pretty poor experience
Very glitchy app, I'm always having to quit it then reopen, so annoying when you are in the middle of a workout. Though I do love the workouts
The platform needs some working on. Full of glitches, problems loading, self deleting data...
this plan will work out push you to your limits from start to finish, perfect plan to find out what your capable of and reach new goals!
loooove looove loooove. you can use the program in so many different ways. I've always been a fitness junky and programmes usually target beginner. This one defenetly helped me to reach higher fitness goals, even already being quite fit. it's just so much value in that program. worth every penny.
Veeeery buggy app. Half the time I can't get it to load at all and have to reinstall the app to use it and if I am able to get it to load it will freeze mid workout. The workouts don't reset properly and there are a lot of glitches.
