After keeping track of my days and learning to be consistent with my workouts and meal plans, I've lost 46 pounds! Definitely recommend, but remember, the key is being CONSISTENT! ☺️
People complaining about how basic the app is are missing the point of the app and the program. I completed 75Hard this year and found the app very helpful. Yes, it's simple and basic, but the app isn't there to spoonfeed you. If that's what you want then you're not ready. It's there to remind you of what you still need to do and to keep track of your progress, nothing more, nothing less. The responsibility of finding a suitable diet, tracking your weight etc. is yours.
This is the best accountability app for a program like this. I noticed it's updated and even better. Can't wait to start again!
App is a complete waste of money. There is not a specific area Or format to enter measurements or weight. Basically a calendar of reminders. Useless in my opinion. Edit: I still standby what I said, which a lot of others have said as well. Something must be wrong. And NOT AT ALL worth $6.99. Far better apps are available and for free.
I love ❤️ this app it makes it so easy to track every day and feel a sense of accomplishment each day that I complete. I was trying to find a way to challenge myself, and 75 Hard is the best program that I have tried.
