United StatesKnotwords is a minimal and elegant logic puzzle — with words.
The rules are simple: arrange the letters in each section so every word is valid, across and down.
Each puzzle may seem difficult at first — but like all my favorite newspaper puzzles, it gets easier as you progress. Each step guides you naturally towards the solution.
This is the kind of game I've been trying to make my whole career — I'm amazed Jack and I discovered this design. We hope you like it.
Improvements this game desperately need. 1. A small star /symbol showing you have found the hidden solution. 2. One retry per level (in the monthly puzzles) 3. A proper hint for when you have themed words and not just "this is related to the theme" (can't remember the exact words) Maybe 4. Show with a symbol after completing a puzzle if you used the correct word option(won't go away with retry)
Fun, but needs some tweaks – I find the games are often too reliant on making words plural just to make them longer. On some occasions in smaller puzzles, you can find two of the same word, only one is plural. For example, in today's daily mini, "ICON" intersected with "ICONS" at the N. Overall this is a good game and I enjoy it being part of my daily routine. The puzzles get more challenging throughout the week and I look forward to the longer games on the weekend.
4.5 rounded up to 5. Only complaints are the mechanic of how letters are filled in and how often specific 2 letter words get reused.
I love the game, but there is a major problem with the puzzle books. I had 6 hints available yesterday, but when I opened it today, I only had one left. This has happened multiple times.

This is an elegant word puzzle, a hybrid of anagrams, crosswords and jigsaws. It is a neat challenge (and only occasionally do you have to be aware of American spellings). As a puzzle 5 stars HOWEVER It is the slowest, laggiest and buggiest application I use regularly. I can only assume its authors don't test it on Android. So be warned that downloading this game may addict you to a puzzle which is as infuriating to play as it is fun
I play this every day. 4 stars just because it takes a long time to load when you first open it up. But I love this game.
